We ship Priority Mail on most items unless otherwise requested. Priority Mail normally gets your package to you in 2 to 3 regular business days once it is shipped. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery within the U.S. or before inquiring on an order status.
Shipping charges are shown on the chart below. All merchandise shipped within the US will be shipped according to these charges unless otherwise noted. Items requiring additional shipping due to additional weight or size will be noted on the merchandise pages. Shipping costs will increase by $2.00 per every $50.00 of merchandise past the maximum merchandise total shown below.

All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa & Mastercard. You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:30 pm CST and Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you are sending in your order during off hours or weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information.
We do not accept personal checks or debit cards.
Monogrammed and personalized items can not be returned except in the case of an error on the part of Fancy Stitches by Donna L.L.C. or defective goods. Any error or return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We ask that you please review your order carefully before placing it.
